Class01_Homework_August 20th

Dear Students-

Below you will find the homework for your chosen path of study. If you are Figurative Sculpture, you are obligated to follow the Figurative Sculpture homework. If you are Content Portfolio, you are obligated to meet the deadlines of the Content Portfolio Homework. Those of you who are pursuing both the Figure and Content paths are invited to do the Figure Sculpture exercises as long as you end up with seven Content Portfolio pieces that have shared, meaningful content by the end of the semester. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Next class, I will give the Content Portfolio students their dates

Figurative Sculpture Homework

Today we got the small sculpting stands down, assembled and you should have identified yours with your name on a piece of tape. Later we will get the sculpting stands down for you to work on and these small sculpture stands will be used on top of the rolling stands. Thank you for helping to get things off the shelves today!

Homework

Please bend your metal to conform to the lines of the printed skeleton. I realize that the lines in the hips look different. Be sure that they more or less match or you will have strange looking hips!

Content Portfolio - Chris, Kat

Today we went over the syllabus and I emailed your proposals. If, for some reason, you did not receive the email of the proposal today, please text me about it asap so that I can get it to you. As far as I know, some students are still having trouble with their email accounts. If you are one of them, I need to know so that I can get the proposal to you in another way asap.

Homework

Proposals - These are due to me on Monday, August 25th by 5pm

Answer the questions to the proposal that I emailed to you in detail. Please copy and paste the questions in the email into a word doc., leave the original question and add your answer underneath said question, and name your document and email according to the parameters in the syllabus your received today.
