If I find out that one of you is not pulling your weight, your lack of participation will be noted which will affect my decision to write letters of recommendation for you in a negative way and will adversely affect your final grade. Homework - Figure Sculpture
Self-Portrait Bust
This work should be well underway so that you have the armature completely covered with a layer of clay. The resulting form should resemble the gesture and form of your pose in a credible way and should be to scale. This work should be on the soft side of leather hard.
Final Sculpture
You have all spoken with me about your final piece. Yours should be well underway by the time we meet for class this Thursday.
